Happy February, isn't it amazing how fast time flies? This month we are sharing more information about the Biophilic Design Awards that will be launching March 15, 2021. Inside there are details regarding eligibility, entry levels, Biophilic Design categories, judging criteria and scoring levels. One of my goals with this awards program is to help educate the companies entering, about Biophilic Design and what the key concepts are that having meaning for the interiorscape industry. This awards program will require an understanding of key Biophilic Design concepts in order to score well with the judges. A big thanks goes out to Sonja Bochart along with Mary Golden for helping guide me to create relevant scoring criteria for this new program. We are currently putting the finishing touches on the programming for submitting and judging awards which will all be done online! I hope the industry supports this new awards program and that we can all help move the interiorscape industry forward together! 😊
